So with its launch approaching in less than 3 weeks i figured why not discuss it
Today at gamestop i was able to demo the PSV and i walked away wanting to place a preorder.
i demoed Uncharted: Golden Abyss, little deviants, Gravity Rush, and Escape Plan.
UC:GA only demoed platforming so i was upset that i didn't get to see how it really played, the controls came naturally and the touch controls worked amazingly. i even found myself using the rear touch panel to climb without even thinking, it just all feels natural.
Gravity Rush: is a great looking game and has major potential. the controls worked well and the gyro aiming made placing the new direction of gravity more precise. overall i enjoyed it.
LD is good to pass the time with, it is just a bunch of mini games tho. its fun but not a "must have game" and more of a tech demo to showcase the Vita's controls.
Escape Plan was actually the game i was most in love with. the art style is just beautiful and it uses both touch screens with purpose and acceled in this. altho i didn't get to play as "big" i could tell the read panel was for his movements and the front for "little". you could also tap on each screen to move objects out of the way or to moved objects to create a path. you willllll die a lot bit its not punishing and most ways you die are kinda humorous. overall i loved this game the most (mainly cause i didn't get to see more of uncharted)
may go back tomorrow and play it more lol so i may be posting more
